Innovation Manager
Always on the lookout for how things might be improved, Sandra as innovation manager is a driving force behind the Accelerator Programme ‘Living with Floods’ from the Netherlands Red Cross. Her portfolio also includes an expansion for the DCHI learning services.

Guido Jilderda
Practice Lead
Guido Jilderda is responsible for setting out the course and maintaining focus towards the overall objective of DCHI. Furthermore, Guido monitors alignment within team and activities. But, above all supports the team in its efforts to execute.

Jolanda Kraaikamp
Virtual Assistant
Jolanda is the Virtual Management Assistant of DCHI. She supports the Innovation team behind the scenes to ensure they can focus on their core competencies. Jolanda joined the DCHI team in 2020 as an independent entrepreneur.

Julia Lucidi
Communications Intern
In 2021 Julia started her internship at DCHI to gain experience in both the communication and the humanitarian sector. During the internship she assists in finding the best ways to spread the messages about the coalition. She is also doing her thesis on humanitarian innovation.

Lotte Senior
Jr. Innovation Manager
Lotte is dedicated to advocating for all things Humanitarian Innovation. She ensures that the coalition stays updated and inspired, through producing engaging content and our monthly newsletters. She is also working hard to launch an upgraded version of DCHIs platform Source2Gather.

Birgit Ros
Communications & Events Manager
Birgit is the face behind the vast majority of our online and offline events and content. And has high aspirations when it comes to telling an honest story about humanitarian innovation. In 2020 she joined the DCHI team to build a strong (online) brand for the coalition.
